Designed Nobitex's first copy trading platform, a fast MVP built as Iran's first regulated alternative to unverified Telegram trading-signal groups. As the sole designer on a five-person squad, I took the product from competitive research to a shipped web experience in under a year. The launch validated real user interest, but it also showed that Iran's market wasn't quite ready for copy trading at scale, which is a result that shaped how Nobitex prioritized the rest of its trading roadmap.
